Our women’s self-defense training is for anyone who has been a victim of any form of violence.  From domestic violence / spousal abuse, rape, robbery and assault we are here to get you prepared.  Just a few things you can expect to learn are:

  • How to effectively deal with the most common attacks against women

  • The art of using good verbal and spatial skills to prevent many assaults from becoming physical in the first place.

  • Effective defenses and escapes from non-life threatening attacks.

  • Defenses from chokes and strangles

  • Defending yourself when your attacker is on top of you with your back against the ground.

  • Counter attacks and finishing techniques/moves

  •  Learning to strike the proper targets in the right way.

  • Defending against attacks from the front and rear

  • Defense against more than one attacker

  • Effective defenses against attempted rape.

  • Defending and counter attacking a slap to the face


Team Building

Self-Defense can help with a lot of the concern dealing with the rise in work place violence. Having employees fall victim to violence whether is inside the work place or not is something that most businesses know they can not afford. Practical self defense is not only a common sense necessity but also an important component in ensuring long term profitability. 

When employees feel safe at work, it will decrease the likelihood of work place stress, stress related injury, cause increases in confidence as well as work place moral. Besides providing an over all better work environment for your employees you are also:

These sessions are for individuals, groups, or couples who have specific goals outside of just the Lotus System.  Maybe you have special circumstances that won’t allow you to work out in a typical class setting, or you would like to have a staggered entry into one of our programs; private or group sessions will be perfect for you.  By providing group and private lessons this allows more flexibility and convenience for your schedule.
